Barr Emmanuel Dike

Emmanuel Dike, a speaker at the auspicious event.

He was part of the panelist who gave insights on the topic:

Building forward : capacity and competence in arbitration and ADR proceedings.

In his speech, Emmanuel Dike who is a well rounded arbitrator with experience in construction and oil & gas arbitration strongly advocated for Guidance of Young Arbitrators into International Arbitration. He believes that arbitrators with years of experience can assist younger arbitrators. Not only to open the doors of international arbitration for them, but can indeed hold the doors and guide them until they have enough experience to play in the international arbitration space.

A notable part of the event was the panel session. During the panel session, professionals with years of experience did justice while delivering their speech on very essential topics. The topics were around the standards, trends, emerging technology, skills and the future of International Arbitration and arbitrators.

There is no doubt that participants benefited hugely from the debates and conclusions that were reached at this conference.
