What exactly is this Arbitration Fellow Course about?
The EXPEDITED PATH TO FELLOWSHIP is the arbitration fellow course crafted by the institute which stands out as the foremost arbitration institute in the country. We are recommending this course to experienced arbitrators admitted as Fellows of other Arbitration bodies to advance to Fellowship status of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (ICIARB). Seasoned arbitrators with many years of experience in the industry will be handling the topics and giving case studies. At the end of the course, each participant will acquire subject-matter competence in settlement of Construction Industry disputes.
The Expedited Path to Fellowship Course (EPF) is in two parts; Parts 1 & 2. Part 1 of the course is to take place on the 24th and 25th of October, 2023. Proper arrangements are being put in place for the virtual training so as to accommodate those who will not be able to make it in person while staying in compliance with the Covid-19 protocols.
