The Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (ICIARB) is one of the leading arbitral institutions in Nigeria. As a specialized alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in the construction industry, ICIARB provides a one-stop shop for the resolution of disputes arising from construction contracts through arbitration, mediation, conciliation and other ADR methods. Our approach is aimed at freeing the Industry from the litigious environment and reducing the uncertainties inherent in construction-related disputes through innovative strategies.
Membership is open to persons with primary qualifications in any of the professions related to the construction industry – Architects, Builders, Engineers, Estate and Quantity Surveyors, Lawyers and Town Planners, etc.
