What exactly is this Arbitration Fellow Workshop about?
The ICIArb FELLOW WORKSHOP COURSE is the arbitration fellow course crafted by the institute which stands out as the foremost construction arbitration institute in the country. It is a one-day workshop set aside for those who became Fellows of the Institute through the Fellowship Upgrade Course.
Seasoned arbitrators with many years of experience in the industry will be handling the topics and giving case studies. At the end of the course, each participant will acquire subject-matter competence in settlement of Construction Industry disputes.
The Fellow Workshop Course is to take place on the 28th November, 2023. Proper arrangements are being put in place for the virtual training so as to accommodate those who will not be able to make it in person while staying in compliance with the Covid-19 protocols.
